2. Rights of Use

2.1. IP Address Storage

By giving consent, you agree that we may store your IP address to verify usage frequency and to prevent abuse, security threats, or fraudulent activity on the Platform.

2.2. Your Content

2.2.1. Content Definition

"Content" means any text, information, communication, or material, such as images, product descriptions, or data files that you upload, import into, or provide to the Service.

2.2.2. License to Your Content

Solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use your Content. We do not claim ownership of your original product photos.

2.2.3. Ownership

As between you and ProductStage.ai, you retain all rights and ownership of your original Content. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights (copyrights, trademark rights) for any material you upload.

2.2.4. Generated Backgrounds

Images generated by our service are owned by you (the User) upon final delivery (for accounts on paid plans). You receive full commercial use rights to use these staged backgrounds in your e-commerce listings and marketing materials.

User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting [email protected].

Refund Policy

  • ✓Satisfaction Guarantee: If the AI results don't meet your expectations, contact our team to resolve the issue.
  • ✓Refund Window: Refund requests for credit packs must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty and Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. ProductStage.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform or the reliance on AI-generated imagery.
